These are super yummy! Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures and I haven’t uploaded the video yet. Video to come soon! INGREDIENTS: 1 pound Skinless Cod 2 tbsp butter, melted 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream 1 tsp fresh lime juice 1 1/2 cups sliced cabbage (or slaw salad mix) 6-inch flour tortillas Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish and pat dry. Cut fish crosswise into bite-size slices. Place fish in single layer in greased shallow dish. Combine butter, cumin, and garlic powder. Brush over the fish. We recently received a copy of “Bakugan, Vol. 6: Time for Battle” from Cartoon Network and my boys were so excited to watch it. I wasn’t even sure what Bakugan was, but my son knew what it was and was excited to have it. It was interesting to watch and definitely kept my attention the entire time.
