Summertime is almost here and that means our six kiddos are gonna have a lot of free time on their hands. With tablets, laptops and video games, I would love their entire summer not to be consumed by these distractions. I mean let’s admit it people, sometimes we let our kids use these distractions so we can things done – whether it be work, cleaning or even making dinner. So why not give them “screen time” with an app that will keep their imaginations active? That’s where Storied Myth comes into play!

Why was Storied Myth created?

Parents today are conflicted and often use tablets guiltily as babysitters while still trying to encourage kids to get outside or play with toys. When they do allow “screen time,” they look for “active” apps that are not just mindless entertainment and have some level of enrichment. At Storied Myth, they believe that active screentime is not enough.

What is Storied Myth?

Storied Myth believes that great storytelling combined with tangible activities is what will truly spark a child’s imagination and create an immersive world. In this day and age, stories don’t just live on the page anymore. The next generation of storytelling will be about blending online and offline for a uniquely immersive experience.
