My boys love to make and drink chocolate milk! Sometimes, when they’re mixing or even drinking, they spill chocolate milk on their clothes. If you’ve done laundry before, you know that chocolate milk can stain. That’s where Resolve Pre-Treat comes in handy!

In fact, it was just the other day when I was doing laundry and sorting through the clothes in the hamper that I found a shirt with chocolate milk stains. I remembered Sammy telling he had spilled some chocolate milk on his shirt but I don’t remember what happened to it after that. Well, now I know. It went into the hamper – the bottom of the hamper.

I honestly wasn’t sure if the Resolve Pre-Treat would get the chocolate milk stain out, so I was excited to see what would happen. The first thing I did was to wet the stains with cold water. Then I sprayed with the Resolve Pre-Treat and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Once the time was up, I rubbed the Resolve Pre-Treat in and actually began to see the stain disappear. It was awesome!

Next step was to put the shirt into the washer and wash with lighter colored clothes so I could wash it in warm-high water temperatures. Once I heard the singing noise of the washer, I ran out to see if the stain was still there. Guess what? It was gone!!! Seriously, the chocolate milk stain was gone!

What’s so special about Resolve Pre-Treat? Well, it eliminates tough stains the 1st time guaranteed! It’s guaranteed in that if you are not completely satisfied, you may receive your money back. This powerful stain remover penetrates and loosens to remove four times more stains the first time versus detergent alone!

So the next time you have a tough stain to remove, use Resolve Pre-Treat to get the job done!

What are some stains you’ve found extremely hard to remove? What did you do if the stain didn’t come out?

  1. I guess I am lucky no one around me really drinks too much chocolate milk. Never used Resolve before but I am sure it would help with a lot of the stains though. Thanks for the video Shannon!

You show a really good way to get Chocolate stains out of clothes. I like Resolve because it really gets the stains out. I was using it wrong though. I see that I need to put more of the product on the stain and then rub it in. I will try this next time.

  3. I have never tried Resolve, I will have to try this on the variety of stains my son gets.

  4. Samantha K says:

I have to get this. I have a Resolve that I love, but not the Pre-Treat spray. With three little boys, I am always trying to get all kinds of food stains and grass stains out.

  5. I love Resolve. At least you made it to the chocolate milk stage! I got chocolate syrup on me before it even made it to the milk!

  6. Danielle says:

  14. Auriette says:

I’ve had very good luck getting long-term stains out with OxiClean soaks. Sometimes we end up letting the item soak for a week, figuring it’s ruined anyway, what’s there to lose? It usually works quite well. The only time I wasn’t happy with it was when my husband decided to soak a hand-wash, lie-flat-to-dry embroidered sweater. The process left it feeling nasty, like all the OxiClean didn’t wash out. The OxiClean Max Force stick works well, too.
