Cancelling Your MyLife.com Premium Membership is Easy!

How many times have you signed up for a membership just to be totally annoyed because it took ten times as long to cancel it?  You have to jump through tons of hoops just to get a person on the phone or the cancel option in your account.  Well, it’s simple to get your MyLife Refund today.

DISABLE AUTO-RENEWAL WHEN CANCELLING YOUR MYLIFE.COM MEMBERSHIP

MyLife.com uses an auto-renewal feature so that all paid/premium subscription members never experience an interruption in service.  If you are wanting to cancel your subscription, it is very important that you disable the auto-renewal feature in your account.  Otherwise, your account will still incur charges.

CANCEL MYLIFE.COM OVER THE PHONE

I don’t know about you, but when I cancel a subscription or membership, I sometimes prefer to talk with a representative so that I know the process was completed.  You can cancel your MyLife.com subscription by contacting a Customer Care representative at 1-888-704-1900.  Customer Care representatives are available Monday through Friday from 6 am to 9 pm PST and Saturday through Sunday from 6 am to 6 pm PST.  When you contact the office, the representative will verify that you are the owner of the account and then they can proceed with canceling your membership.  You will have access to membership services until the end of your subscription term.

CANCEL YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENTS TO MYLIFE.COM

What if you pay for your membership with PayPal?  If your payments are set up through PayPal, you will need to contact PayPal to stop payments.  Otherwise, PayPal may continue sending payments even though you no longer want the MyLife.com services.  To contact PayPal Customer Service representatives, please call 1-888-221-1161.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN UNSUBSSCRIBING AND DISABLING THE AUTO-RENEWAL FEATURE?

MyLife.com lets its members customize the services they receive.  For example, some members may not want to receive email notifications.  If that is the case, they would simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email.  It’s important to understand that when you “unsubscribe,” you are only being removed from the email notification list.  This does not cancel your membership or stop payments from being made to MyLife.com.

To make sure you only receive the services that you want, contact customer service when you want to discontinue your membership.  Otherwise, your premium service membership will auto-renew at the end of the term.
