I enjoy cooking, but I don’t enjoy all the time I spend preparing and cooking meals. This is not to say I won’t do it, but I love it when meals are made easily. I cooked up the Tavern Style Pot Roast with Mushrooms and Roasted Garlic and couldn’t believe how easy and yummy it was! All I did was place 3 pound roast in my slow cooker (meats vary for the different sauces) and then pour the sauce packet over the meat. The possibilities of what you do with leftovers is endless – stew, tacos, you name it.
