Winter break is here and the kids are home from school. Their daily activities include playing, reading, watching some television, running around, playing outside, and eating. Throughout the day, they’re constantly asking, “Mom, can I have a snack?” or “Mom, what can I eat?” or “Mom, what can I drink?” We don’t typically have soda for the kids to drink, but rather juice, water, or milk. When I purchase juice from the grocery store, I find that there a LOT of options! It’s really important to me that the juice isn’t all sugar.
