Share Your Recipes for Mexican Month

So, I want to apologize for not posting recipes every day this month.  I made a few recipes that I wouldn’t wish upon anybody to try (we ate out or ate leftovers on those days), but I’m going to post the Mexican recipes as I use them for the rest of the month.  I’m even going to attempt to make Ceviche (with squid – yuck!).  I know it sounds gross but I’ve had it before and it’s really good!  I didn’t even know there was squid in there.  We’ll see how that turns out!

Anyways feel free to link up your Mexican recipe or leave a recipe in the comment below and I would love to feature them on my blog at some point (still in the works).

Happy Friday night/Saturday early morning everyone!

    Thanks again!

I want to mention that you can still prepare my recipes even if you are not following a gluten free diet; simply substitute your regular ingredients for the gluten free ones in my recipes (such as flour).

    Enjoy!
