Make ahead meals for busy moms 1

I was excited to review the new cookbook by Jane Doiron called Make-Ahead Meals For Busy Moms.  This is right up my alley.  I love to cook, but sometimes it’s hard, especially when I am a busy mom.  There are great recipes in this cookbook.  Some that sound great include Bruschetta, Stuffed Mushrooms, Pumpkin Bread, Quiche Lorraine, Gingerbread, Mini Cheesecakes, and more!!  The cookbook includes recipes for Appetizers, Breakfast and Brunch, Dessert, Main Dishes, Side Dishes, and Soups.  Plus there is a section that talks about Measurement Equivalents and Weight Conversions.

    I’m a busy mom, and so is my daughter. Between us we go to school full time, work one part time job, one full time job and single parent. Sure would help our household to run smoothly.

    I would love to win this because our household is in definite need of coming up with a better system for meals. I am currently recovering from a fall which injured my back, and meals have been left up to chance lately. My husband is not used to having to do the cooking after putting a full day in at work. A book like that would be great for our current situation. We could get a weeks worth of meals made on the weekend.
